How you will make an impact:

• Lead, integrate and coordinate timely communication materials amongst Site HR team to effectively inform and equip all People Managers and employees, especially pertaining to policies, procedures, programs and initiatives that impacts the employee experience onsite

Establish the People & Organizational content topics as part of the Plant Communication Strategy
• Act as plant HR Liaison for:

- Employer Branding activities, events and meetings coordination
- Plant committees for employees' activities
- Community outreach activities
- DI&B Initiatives; ERG’s local coordination
- Patient Experience related activities

• Determine implications of workforce data for purposes of informing:
- Site Leadership and People Managers via HR Biz Review regarding Metrics that Matter and HR calendar/projects
- Internal and external audits, inclusive of OMI assessments
- relevant D, I & B and Total Wellbeing initiatives
- relevant Government agencies
- relevant special request such as and not limited to grants, Corporate stakeholders visit, local tuition programs, etc.

• Talent & Performance Management:
- Facilitate TDR actions follow up including succession planning
- Lead and identify suitable assignments/projects that will match Internship opportunities. Direct and manage internship/Co Ops throughout the program period, inclusive of connecting with the interns
- Act as a liaison between the site and the UR/TA team, actively playing a role in the selection and onboarding process
- Support Performance Management activities

• Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP):
- Identify implications of SWFP to AOP and Strat Plan
- Analyze and monitor the Monthly HC reconciliation for the site, including for all categories of employees
- Formulate strategic workforce plan by making recommendations, identifying capabilities and follow-up action plan
- Implement Employee Transfer and Mobility efficiently for both inbound and outbound, supporting requirements of various stakeholders

• Org Design + Org Development:
- Support and make recommendations to the HRBL with relevant data, reports, analysis that will facilitate each phase i.e. Diagnosis, Define, Design and Deliver

• Change Management:
- Direct change management activities in support of the HRBLs and/or leaders, as needed. Support and enhance HR and/or organizational initiatives by positively influencing change management initiatives for plant
• Ensure in-country HR initiatives integrate with the broader HR Strategy and enable the delivery of strategic and operational business plans to create a consistently great employee experience for all employees and people leaders
• Perform other HR activities and/or initiatives as needed
• Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership

What you'll need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree in in related filed, 5 years of previous HR and/or related experience Required or
• Master's Degree or equivalent in in related filed, 3 years of previous HR and/or related experience Required

• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and HR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating, consultative, and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
• Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing complex sections of projects.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of EW policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable employment laws and compliance implications.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and working knowledge of HR systems (e.g.WorkDay, Kronos, Eikon).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to assess risks, analyze situations and determine next course of action.
• Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Strict attention to detail.
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Work is performed independently on complex projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness.
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
• Travel (day and overnight by car, air, train, etc.) will vary. Percentage of time is determined by Management.
