We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Take Assistant to join our team for a one-week temporary assignment during the midnight shift in February 2025. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the stock-taking process, ensuring accurate counts and proper documentation of inventory items. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the accurate counting and recording of stock items in the retail floor or storage area.
Ensure all inventory items are clearly labeled and appropriately stored for stock taking.
Work closely with the Stock Take Supervisor and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate stock-taking procedures.
Help with sorting, organizing, and packaging items as needed.
Report any discrepancies or issues found during the stock-taking process.
Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Other related tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required, but previous warehouse or stock taking experience is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting.
Strong communication skills.
Additional Information:
Shift Hours: 10pm to 6am, with flexibility to end earlier if the stock-taking is completed before 5:00 AM.
Meal Provided: A meal will be provided during the shift.
Transport: Transportation will be provided if the shift ends earlier than 5:00 AM.
