What you will do:

The QAQC Manager is responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that all project deliverables meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. They oversee quality assurance and control teams, conduct audits, and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality expectations.

How you will do it:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Lead and manage the QAQC team, ensuring all quality control activities are performed effectively.

  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality objectives are met.

  • Review and approve quality documentation, including method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, local regulations, and client requirements.

  • Train and mentor QAQC engineers and inspectors on quality processes and best practices.

  • Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management.

  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain high-quality standards.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in QAQC, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or relevant industries.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent is a plus.
