Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Min 3-5 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial statement analysis.
Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis using spreadsheets and financial software (e.g., Excel, financial databases).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication on skills with the ability to present complex financial information on in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
Team player with positive attitude.

1. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
Assist in the preparation of budget guidelines, assumptions, and templates.
Review and analyse budget proposals, identifying risks and opportunities.
Monitor budget performance, prepare variance reports, and provide explanations for budget deviations.

2. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Gather and analyse financial data to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas of improvement.
Prepare financial reports, including budget vs. actuals analysis, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor and track financial metrics, such as profitability, liquidity, and other ratios, and
provide recommendaƟ ons for improvement.
Manage Capex process including budget, commitment and actual tracking with variance analysis.
Support cashflow management.

3. Financial Modelling and Decision Support:
Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
Evaluate the financial feasibility and potential return on investment (ROI) of new projects or business ventures.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on financial modelling and analysis.

4. Financial Systems and Process Improvement:
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial systems and processes.
Identify opportunities for automat in and efficiency enhancements.
Participate in the implementation and testing of financial systems and tools.

5. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
