Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated, sales exeutive to join our team. We offer a highy unique opportunity to work directly with our core leadership team to formulate and drive customer acquisition strategies, go-to-market plans, as well as institutional partnership initiatives. Working alongside a small but diverse group of high-caliber professional team members, you will be empowered to grow, develop and own critical go-to-market initiatives. You will be expected to be a self-starter in a hyper-growth industry, creating investment opportunities for prospective clients, using both online and in-person conferences events to generate investor interest in both DigiFT regulated platform and it’s regulated listed and traded assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Head of Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Assist with the design and build the sales capabilities to support the growth of DigiFT.
  • Help develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new institutional and accredited investors through a strong personal network as well as DigiFT’s resources.
  • Manage all aspects of client relationships, including from helping with client product queries, account opening and working with clients to define a digital asset strategy
  • Work with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth go-to-market launch in different markets.
  • Represent DigiFT at key events and conferences to generate sales leads and customer pipeline, build brand awareness as well as co-ordinate with eco-system partners for referrals.

Qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably 2+ years’ experience in traditional finance and/or DeFi sales with a proven track record.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, ability to self-educate and able to work in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Multi-lingual is a plus (English and Mandarin) as you will be working across different cultures and geographies.
  • Authorized representative to sell securities under Singapore MAS or Hong Kong SFC considered a big benefit for consideration.
