  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about costumes and customer service? We are looking for Retail Ambassadors to join our Costume Team! As a Retail Ambassador, you will be the face of our store and play a vital role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with costume selection and purchases, and ensuring the store is always well-stocked and well-presented.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • Assist customers with costume selection, fitting, and purchases
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times
  • Create an inviting atmosphere by helping with displays
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Act as a brand ambassador by providing product knowledge and sharing store promotions
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of costumes and accessories
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic about costumes and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
  • Must be available to work on Mon-Fri :11am-8pm & Sat 11am-6pm
  • Must have some knowledge of computers, POS and social media preferred
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required

Training will be provided and prospects of career growth. Sundays & PH off. Good Pay$$ with incentives starting above $1,800 to $3,000. Walking distance to Clarke Quay MRT.
