Job responsibilities
1. Assist in recruitment work, including posting recruitment information, screening
resumes, arranging interviews, etc.
2. Participate in the development and implementation of employee training plans,
responsible for organizing and archiving training materials.
3. Assist in employee performance review, collect and organize performance data, and
provide support for performance appraisal.
4. Responsible for accounting and distributing employee compensation and benefits.
5. Responsible for the company's work supplies procurement, distribution and inventory
management, to ensure adequate supply of work supplies.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the company's working environment, including
cleaning, greening, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
7. Assist in handling procedures such as employee onboarding, resignation, and transfer,
and handle relevant documents and procedures.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Planning, Administrative
Management or related fields is preferred.
2. More than 2-3 years of experience in human resources administration, with good
work performance.
3. Familiar with knowledge and processes related to Human Resource Planning and
administrative management.
4. Possess good organizational and communication skills, able to efficiently handle
various affairs.
5. Work conscientiously and responsibly, attentive and thoughtful, with a strong sense
of responsibility and professionalism.
6. Has good teamwork spirit and can cooperate with personnel from different
departments to complete work tasks.
7. Strong learning and adaptability, able to quickly master new knowledge and skills.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
