Position: Concierge, Counter Services
Location: Central area (Major Shopping District)
Work Days: 5-days work week (2 rotational rest days)
Work Hours: 10am-8pm (Fixed schedule)
We are supporting a client in providing manpower services for a Shopping Centre they manage based at the heart of Singapore shopping district.
Position Responsibilities:
- Will front the Information Counter at the Shopping Centre, handling phone and walk-in inquiries and assistance.
- Assist in promotional activities in the Shopping Centre such as (but not limited to) gift redemption, voucher confirmation and distribution, events and campaigning.
- Will also perform other administrative functions.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum education, “GCE N” Levels education.
- Must be computer literate, using MS Office applications, Internet, Email.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Cheerful, people engagement, comfortable in communicating with various consumer individuals.
- Resilient to consumer stress and challenges.
