Job Responsibilities
️ Provide excellent service to guests by creating a positive first impression at the hotel lobby and reception area
Handle phone calls and respond to emails, ensuring all guest inquiries are addressed promptly
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and with a friendly attitude
Maintain knowledge of guest arrivals, events, and hotel amenities to ensure accurate and timely information for guests
Coordinate with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier for smooth guest arrivals and departures
Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests professionally and tactfully
Ensure a high level of service in handling guest baggage, transport, and general inquiries
Requirements
• Open to candidates with no relevant experience (training provided)
• Positive, outgoing attitude with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus; knowledge of Opera will be advantageous
