Job Description

  • Regional Paid Display and Paid Social audience strategy implementation across all markets

  • Build best practices and guidance for the local teams to push for standardization across all platforms

  • Ability to manage pixel / SDK implementation (Server to Server) with the product and Engineering team as required

  • Analyze the consumer journey to build audience signals for targeting and retargeting across all platforms and products

  • Work with the existing and new partners to drive growth and efficiency

  • Regular audits of all the platforms to identify issues and resolve them proactively

  • Drive testing regionally for continuous improvement of marketing campaigns through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques

  • Drive creative best practices, testing and granular segmentation for higher performance and relevance

  • Lead the conversations with MarTech product team for all signal related and audience management topics

  • Lead the discussions with Data team for all attribution, dashboarding, measurement and predictive modeling topics

  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing

  • Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Identify and implement new performance marketing channels and technologies.

  • Drive innovation within the performance marketing team by staying updated with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling performance marketing teams.

  • Experience in articulating strategic issues and negotiating with senior leadership teams

  • Possess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability

  • Strong project management

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Must be data savvy and love crunching numbers

  • Excellent understanding of paid display channels including paid social. Ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns

  • Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, GDS, Tableau, etc)(GTM is a plus)

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exposure to Product Development or technical related – basic coding skill is a plus
