Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service through hotline calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Process orders from various purchasing channels.
- Enroll new customers into the system.
- Prepare daily sales reports to ensure accurate payment tracking and stock inventory.
- Assist with merchandise and spare parts procurement.
- File and organize documents.
- Verify invoices against order forms to ensure correct entries.

- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Able to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.
