LTH Fitness is looking for a dedicated personal trainer to join our team!
Your main responsibility at LTH Fitness will be to guide and aid our clients in reaching their goals during their time with us.
There is no need to do any administrative tasks or sales. You can expect to have a regular supply of clients, with minimal downtime.
You will be able to choose your own working hours and days, with a minimum of 12 hours a week. Payment will strictly be based on working hours.
You will receive guidance in being a better personal trainer, but applicants with coaching experience and gym coaching-related certificates are preferred.
Looking for people who are:
- Passionate in helping others in the gym
- Have gym experience, coaching experience (not compulsory) and gym-related certifications
- Fluent in English
- Responsible and disciplined to carry out their tasks to a high standard
Responsibilities:
- Create personalised exercise routines tailored to every client's goals and taking into account their injuries.
- Act as a motivator and a gym buddy for our clients to encourage them to lead healthy lifestyles and stay consistent in the gym.
- Educate clients on proper form and technique for every exercise, and share knowledge about exercise theory and functional benefits
