
APAC ROSQO Trainee
Role Objective:
The Business Process & Functional Support Executive will be part of ERP implementation team and primary responsibility will be to deploy ERP across offices APACC. The Business Process & Functional Support Executive will have to gain thorough understanding of business processes and working of the ERP product. This role will necessitate dialogue with business users at all levels besides interfacing with IT teams and vendor staff.
The Business Process & Functional Support Executive will be groomed to become subject matter expert for specific processes and they will be expected to take up a lead role during ERP implementation. Prior to actual implementation, the Business Process & Functional Support Executive will do a site readiness assessment and also map out current processes undertaken at the office. Training and testing are two key areas where chosen candidate will be extensively involved. The Business Process & Functional Support Executive will participate in defining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), undertaking process audits and also imparting end user training. Depending on business requirements and skills / functional knowledge, the IT Process & Functional Support Executive may handle one or more processes. The role will necessitate travel to various ECU offices APACC.

· Should have sound analytical and problem solving skills

· Basic IT skills (usage of word, excel, power point)
Key Responsibilities
Pre Go-live
· Creation of test scenarios, test cases and test data.
· Undertake detailed testing and capturing results
· Raise new CRs (Change Requests)
· Master data setup (including tariffs)
· Data cleansing
· Undertake site readiness assessment
· Creation of location specific SOPs
· Provide UAT functional support
Deployment
· Help “business owner” onsite to plan deployment activities by function
· Ensure correct business processes are in place before actual implementation commences.
· Undertake implementation site testing to ensure end to end process is fully functional.
· Undertake reference data setup activities.
· Help undertake readiness assessment and confirm job roles are suitably amended and proper roles and responsibilities are defined.
· Take ownership for all product related documentation including training materials.
· Drive change management actions
Post Go-live
· Training and end user hand holding
· Undertake proactive analysis of issues
· Provide “subject matter expertise” to ensure optimal usage and operation of the product.
· Undertake single thread testing to verify and sign off fixes issued by the IT group.
· Process compliance and KPIs reporting
· Help realize benefits by monitoring and ensuring proper usage of products and processes.
· Provide inputs for compilation of post implementation report (PIR)
