  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Ascott’s internship program. This includes but is not limited to scheduling of interviews, onboarding and offboarding of hires, coordination and execution of events, initiatives, surveys, townhalls, etc.
  • Support in planning and execution of HR initiatives through events and engagement activities Assist the team in maintaining and updating content on Ascott career using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Assist the team in Brand360 initiatives through preparing HR toolkits, presentations and activities
  • Provide support to the team on special projects when required
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Hospitality or any other related studies
  • Creative and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter who can identify opportunities to assist and see-through agreed actions
  • Excellent team player who is organised and meticulous
  • Passion for people and processes
