Position: Retail Service Staff
Working Hours: 10 AM - 10 PM (inclusive of breaks) *Shift work possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness, tidiness, and visual presentation.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed in an organized manner.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Monitor and report inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
- Support promotional activities and actively upsell products.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,200.00 per month
