Responsibilities

· Support in maintaining existing high-income sponsor relationships while identifying and exploring new sponsorship opportunities.

· Assist in developing new sponsorship opportunities to maximize fundraising through various channels, including online and offline fundraising events, presentations, media outreach, and other marketing methods.

· Conduct and assist fundraising activities to promote FootballPlus Sponsorship development

· Respond promptly to inbound FootballPlus Sponsorship inquiries and leads in a timely manner.

· Contribute to the planning and execution of sales strategies to drive sponsorship revenue through the events portfolio.

· Collaborate with the Rotary team to assist in creating sponsorship strategies tailored to key audiences, industries, and topics.

· Help identify new sponsorship revenue by reaching out to potential sponsors from foundations, philanthropies, family offices, and other sources.

· Assist in maintaining an up-to-date database of sponsors and potential sponsors.

· Provide regular updates on activities, contact reports, and revenue projections.

Requirements

· Minimum in Bachelor’s degree, with strong skills and a keen sense for marketing and presentations.

· Experience in sales or fundraising; perfectly with the non-profit industry experience.

· Interest in sponsorship sales and a desire to learn and grow in the new field.

· Strong communication or outreach skills, plus with interest or knowledge in football.

· Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Proficient in using social media to enhance the organization’s visibility and presence.

· Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Professional English, multi-language skills is advance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
