Responsibilities:
Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and orders within one working day, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when necessary
Ensure required certificates are available and prepare accurate customer reports
️ Keep sales data and customer contact information up to date and manage filing systems for easy access to documents.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
