Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday: Half-day


Data Management:
Input, update, and manage data in Microsoft Excel with accuracy.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for reporting and record-keeping.
Ensure data is well-organized and easily retrievable.

Administrative Support:
Handle routine office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails and phone calls.
Prepare and process documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Office Coordination:
Maintain office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient.

Customer and Staff Assistance:
Provide assistance to staff and management on administrative tasks.
Welcome and assist visitors courteously and professionally.
Address inquiries and provide relevant information as needed.

Compliance and Confidentiality:
Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Adhere to company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: SPM (or equivalent).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Environment:
Based in DEFU LANE(HOUGANG) SINGAPORE
Office hours as stated above, with occasional flexibility if required.
