Job Scope
Handle and reply to accurately and timely.
Contribute to and meet the KPIs for both personal and team targets.
Conduct and support Retailers
Work closely with internal departments for UAT and other tasks.
Analyze situations and provide the best solution.
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Covers MIMO/GE Exception duties
Requirement
Minimum Diploma from a local Polytechnic
1-2 years of processing experience preferred
Knowledge of systems (e.g., SAP) preferred
Good communication skills
