About the role
HA LI FA PTE LTD is seeking a talented Quality Control Executive to join our team in the West Region. This full-time position will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of records management and document control within our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Conducting regular quality checks on documents and records to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Implementing and monitoring quality control processes and procedures to identify and address any issues or discrepancies
Providing training and guidance to team members on best practices for records management and document control
Generating reports and metrics to track quality performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall quality of our records and documents
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a quality control or records management role, ideally within the Food Manufacturing industry
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support team members
Proficient in using relevant software and technology for records management and document control
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
