Job Purpose
Assisting driver during delivery to customers, make sure all products that delivered are in good condition before handling them to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure all daily delivery orders (DOs) entrusted are delivered to customers according to the schedule given. Any delay in fulfillment must be communicated back to Traffic Controller.
Ensure all delivery orders (DOs) are properly endorsed with clean POD (Proof Of Delivery)
Maintaining high standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
Display teamwork within team to ensure productivity targets / KPIs are met.
Ensure daily delivery accident free with no damages
Assess the load and prepare trucks for loading and ensure proper stacking and lashing to prevent falling or getting loose during the delivery trip.
Take charge of the assigned delivery and assist the driver at all times
Assist Traffic Controller in investigation and completion of CAPA report
Assist the driver to carry out regular cleaning and basis maintenance for the assigned vehicle
Carry out delivery activities as per SOPs, flow processes, WIs and feedback to Traffic Controller.
Perform other job tasks as and when assign by the superior
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 3 years similar work experience
Experience in cargo / truck loading and lashing
Ability to work harmoniously with others in the team
Ability to plan and load with “eye for details”
Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
