Job Description:
Responsible for scheduling collection/delivery for logistic team
Handle weighing system processes (computerised) and ensure record are correctly captured
Data entry, invoicing and filings
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist in managing road tax and insurance renewals
Perform any other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Min GCE “O” level or Diploma in any field
At least 3 years working experience in administrative role
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Words is a must)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin is required
Accurate, meticulous and willing to learn
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Must willing to work in Tuas South area
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (Including of 1 hour of lunch break)
Saturday (Alternate) 8.30am to 1pm
