Job Description
• Manage and organize the office's filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Handle daily administrative tasks including answering calls, and managing email correspondence.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Prepare invoices, Sales
Order & Purchase Order
• Data entry and verify delivery related documents
• Follow up with outstanding payment
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
• Manage all purchasing duties and administrative works.
• Monitor and keep optimal inventory levels.
• Manage and monitor supplier delivery performance.
• Review aging inventory monthly.
• Generate monthly purchasing report for management.
• Source, evaluate and qualify suppliers.
