Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Ensure that all customers receive excellent service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation of store
Recruit, train and supervise store staff. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff and foster a positive and fun work environment to maximize employee and store performance
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders for raw materials, ingredients, supplies and merchandise. Minimize waste and spoilage by implementing effective inventory control measures
Monitor store expenses, including labor costs, cost of goods sold, and overhead expenses. Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve store targets
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff

Requirements:

Diploma in Business Administration, Hospital Management or related field is an advantage
Min 3 years of experience in supervisory role in the F&B industry
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems and possesses good learning attitude for new system
Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance. Able to lead by example and set a good role model to the team member
Flexibility to work various shifts, work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
