Responsibilities :
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation of store
  • Recruit, train and supervise store staff. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff and foster a positive and fun work environment to maximize employee and store performance
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders for raw materials, ingredients, supplies and merchandise. Minimize waste and spoilage by implementing effective inventory control measures
  • Monitor store expenses, including labor costs, cost of goods sold, and overhead expenses. Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve store targets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Hospital Management or related field is an advantage
  • Min 3 years of experience in supervisory role in the F&B industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems and possesses good learning attitude for new system
  • Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance. Able to lead by example and set a good role model to the team member
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
