Key Responsibilities:
• Review and draft HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
• Manage compensation-related processes, including salary offers, internal transfers, and benchmarking against industry standards.
• Oversee the full range of HR activities, ensuring efficient execution of day-to-day operations.
• Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement changes to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
• Provide effective conflict resolution and support, ensuring employee concerns are addressed appropriately.
• Lead performance appraisal cycles, ensuring alignment with both company and individual goals.
• Manage employee benefits and coordinate with insurance brokers for renewals and coverage adjustments.
Key Requirements:
• At least 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally within the IT / Tech industries.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
