Job Description
Channel Strategy & Execution:
Lead the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of the metasearch channel strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with broader organizational goals. Drive end-to-end channel management to optimize performance and deliver against revenue and growth targets.Performance Optimization:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across the metasearch platform, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Leverage data-driven insights to refine bidding strategies, media spend, and overall channel performance.Bidding & Media Buy Strategy:
Develop, implement, and optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI on metasearch platforms. Continuously assess and adjust media buying strategies to ensure optimal spend efficiency and performance, leveraging advanced tactics to outperform market benchmarks.Inventory & Sourcing Management:
Oversee the sourcing, inventory management, and strategic display of ads on the metasearch platform. Ensure seamless integration and flow of relevant inventory, adjusting to market conditions and platform-specific best practices.Conversion Optimization:
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, supply, pricing) to optimize conversion paths and user experience within the metasearch ecosystem. Drive enhancements in landing pages, ad creatives, and calls-to-action to increase conversion rates and improve customer acquisition.Market Trend & Competitor Analysis:
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitor activity within the metasearch space. Regularly assess platform updates and innovations, proactively recommending new tactics or shifts in strategy to maintain a competitive edge.Reporting & Insights:
Provide detailed, actionable reports on metasearch channel performance to senior leadership. Present key insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, utilizing advanced analytics tools to inform decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting, product management, growth, or eCommerce roles within the tech sector or start-up environment.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end product or growth responsibilities, including strategy development, execution, and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA or a related technical discipline is a plus
Familiarity with digital marketing, marketing technology stacks, including DSPs, attribution tools, CRM systems, and other performance marketing platforms.
Solid experience in product management, growth marketing, or eCommerce roles, where you have held end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
A unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling seamless collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in e-commerce or tech sectors or start-up environment
Strong understanding of the customer journey with hands-on experience in product and data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar.
Demonstrated ability to drive performance across multiple channels, overseeing the full lifecycle from strategy and execution to optimization.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in partner management, negotiation, and aligning stakeholders across diverse teams.
A proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Expertise in data analysis and performance metrics, with proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and BI tools.
