What you will be doing :
Work closely with regional business & channel leaders to align on key partner priorities, strategies and actions.
Identify, Recruit, and Enable new partners to support Asia Pacific region growth strategies and objectives.
Establishing and cultivating executive relationships in Partners across the region
Understanding the organization, structure, and business model of Partners and develop relationships with decision makers, and technical/sales operatives to ensure efficient communication and productivity.
Leading and managing partner initiatives, architectural wins and identifying new strategies & incentives for field engagement and business success
Creating and running a governance structure for pipeline creation, growth leading to wins
Acting as a strategic advisor to Strategic Partners and FIS
Leading the relationships and owning the partner sales quota for the Asia Pacific region
Contributing to a regional Strategic Partner business plan for alliance solutions and initiatives
Organizing monthly progress meetings and quarterly business reviews for the assigned Strategic Partners
Providing input into the Strategic Partner portfolio strategy and monthly operations reviews
Develop and help in executing Partner Marketing Plans
Organizing monthly progress meetings and quarterly business reviews for the assigned Strategic Partners
Providing input into the Strategic Partner portfolio strategy and monthly operations reviews
Developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory
Promoting the FIS brand in the region as well as through these partnerships
What you bring
10+ years’ experience in Sales
Strong experience in Partner Management
Direct Sales experience is a plus
