Job Description:

The Ecommerce Sales position plays a pivotal role in coordinating with internal teams like Admin, Logistics, and Warehouse, as well as external stakeholders including website and online marketplace customers, delivery and courier companies, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business development for various marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Amazon, Shopee, Tiktok, Fairprice online etc.

• Maintain accurate product information for promotional pricing and inventories.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly through online chat, phone calls, and emails.

• Propose, devise and execute marketing plans and new promotional mechanics to achieve sales targets.

• Analyze sales performance, market competition, and trends to propose improvements.

• Handle order processing and resolve operational issues including logistics-related matters, complaints, discount codes, product reviews etc.

• Monitor stock movement regularly and update stocks timely.

• Compile pre- and post-campaign analysis reports monthly.

• List new products efficiently on e-commerce platforms including good copywriting, product descriptions, and visuals.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of working experience in ecommerce or marketplaces.

• Analytical mind and self-driven.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Initiative with positive energy.

• Sensitivity to calculations (Profit and Loss, margins, ROI).

• Basic understanding of design software such as , Canva , Adobe Photoshop (a plus).

• Digital savvy and comfortable with e-commerce software.

• Ability to work independently and explore e-commerce platforms.

• Strong time and project management skills.

• Proficient with MS Office applications.

• Media and internet savvy. Knowledge of live streaming and influencer marketing will have an extra advantage.
