• Recognize sale opportunities and be able to capitalize on upselling/ cross-presentation of items or services at the point of service.
• Contributes to achieving store goals in sales and service.
• Participate on managing deliveries (unpacking, preparing, re-shelving or storing stock).
• Explaining the value and benefit of the Brand Membership to customers.
• Engages customers in conversation and establish a connection to understand their needs.
