Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless and positive experience
Build and maintain positive recruitment experience with candidates by providing timely feedback on candidate’s job application status
Provide guidance to Business Developments on recruitment best practices and selection techniques
Ensure compliance with TAFEP guidelines and other relevant employment regulations throughout recruitment cycle
Gather and analyse feedback from candidates and new hires to continually enhance the recruitment process
Requirements
Possess at least a diploma, preferably in human resources or business-related fields. Candidates with degrees in these fields are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for candidates who do not have experience in sales recruitment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
Candidates should be results-driven, with a commitment to meeting the company’s sales targets
