Duration: 12 Months (Renewable)

Working Hours: 5 days a week rostered from Monday to Sunday

Salary: UP to $3,000 / Month

Duties:

Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email
Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups
Submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues
Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual activities
Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status

Requirements:

Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma
MUST HAVE prior experience in L1 or L2 Troubleshooting (in call center)
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Open to shift work
