The Role:
Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, delivery orders (DO), and other relevant documents.
Handle day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
Communicate and coordinate with banks, logistics companies, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
Provide administrative and sales support for daily business operations.
Maintain and organize filing systems and documentation for accounting and administrative needs.
Offer secretarial support to management when required.
Support team members with general office administration tasks as needed.
What Are We Looking For?
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Basic knowledge of accounting functions, such as AP/AR processes.
Understanding of shipping and banking terms to assist with operational tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in administrative, accounting, or sales support roles is a plus.
