The main responsibilities for the Retail Supervisor are to coach, train and manage the retail store assigned according to the Lagardere Travel Retail standard and to create a positive shopping experience by coaching Retail Teams in identifying customers’ needs, advise and sell them products through exemplary customer service.
1. DRIVING SALES TARGETS AND KPIs
Responsible for team roster planning, daily store operations management, achieving store sales target/KPIs and ensuring the team delivers a great service experience to all customers
Reinforce any coaching/training received by the team to ensure sound product knowledge, understanding of any brand guidelines
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ensure exemplary customer service standards is achieved and maintained by Retail team members, aligned with our OSCAR standard
Offer exemplary coaching in product knowledge to Retail Teams to assist customers with their buying decisions
3. MERCHANDISING & STOCK MANAGEMENT
Maintain high merchandising standards as per VM/Brand guidelines
To assist Retail Managers in the execution of stock counts, stock variances investigation, leading team members when stock counts are being conducted
4. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Provide coaching and guidance to team members on products, systems and operational matters
Ensure team members receive clear communication with regards to sales targets, KPIs and all relevant promotional/marketing activities
Requirements :
Candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore are encouraged to apply
Minimum GCE “O” Level with at least 5 years of relevant experience in high end fashion/luxury industry or in similar capacity
Comfortable to working in Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays (5 work days per week)
Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
Fluent in English. Additional spoken languages is a plus.
Demonstrate leadership skill with a pleasant personality
Possess basic computer skills
