Job Description:

  • Answering of calls, attend to customers enquiries.

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.

  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.

  • Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.

  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

  • Prepare and print product labelling.

  • Manage inventory control.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by team lead.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess at least O Level.

  • General knowledge in computer usage.

  • With or without working experience in related field are welcome.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Google tools.

  • Able to work independently, as well as a team player.

  • On job training for some online or offline system.

Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00.

Working day pattern: 5 days per week, rest on weekends.

Preferably to be able to start work immediately.

Location: Senoko area, few bus stops away from Woodlands North MRT Station (TE1).
