Job Description:
Answering of calls, attend to customers enquiries.
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Prepare and print product labelling.
Manage inventory control.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by team lead.
Job Requirement:
Possess at least O Level.
General knowledge in computer usage.
With or without working experience in related field are welcome.
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Google tools.
Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
On job training for some online or offline system.
Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00.
Working day pattern: 5 days per week, rest on weekends.
Preferably to be able to start work immediately.
Location: Senoko area, few bus stops away from Woodlands North MRT Station (TE1).
