Manage the preschool’s correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for student and staff information.
Coordination:
Schedule and organize meetings or events, including parent-teacher meetings.
Coordinate with staff, parents, and external vendors as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
Handle enrollment documentation and maintain student records.
Prepare reports and assist in compiling data for the management team.
Financial and Inventory Tasks:

Customer Service:
Address queries from parents, staff, and visitors professionally.

Skills and Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Minimum 1 year of Preschool experience on Claim/ Grant
Familiarity with administrative procedures in an educational setting is a plus.
