DON DON DONKI is NOW HIRING FULL-TIME SUSHI CHEFS!Are you a Sushi Chef &/or Fish Cutter with EXPERIENCE?

WE WANT YOU! YES, YOU!
Utilize expertise in sushi making, including Aburi and Makimono, to prepare high-quality sushi platters.
Assist colleagues during downtime to ensure efficient task completion and meet time targets.
Conduct quality assurance checks, including temperature monitoring and cleanliness inspections, to uphold food safety standards.
Monitor sales floor for replenishment needs and assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries of sushi ingredients.
Provide guidance to Kitchen Helpers and junior sushi chefs to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in sushi preparation.
Assist with stock take procedures and quality assurance checklists to maintain inventory accuracy and product quality.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Sushi Seafood department.
