Job Scopes & Responsibilities:
Ensure customer service standards are consistently met to deliver exceptional experiences.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and feedback with customers and internal stakeholder.
Continuously review and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Provide professional and timely assistance to customers and internal teams via email, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Conduct outbound calls to customers to address their needs and concerns.
Handle complex or escalated cases, ensuring effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Meet customer care centre KPIs, including maintaining a handling time of under 20 minutes per case.
Manage customer expectations effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills.
Candidates with customer service experience preferred.
