Job Responsibilities:
Attend to customer enquires relating to sales or sales operations
Assist in typing of quotations, invoices and other documents
Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as letters preparation, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc
Handle purchasing of stock/supplies required
Manage sales enquiry log book paperwork
Handle office administration matters such as application/renewal of work permits, worker insurance, etc
Ensure filing of documents are in place according to the Company’s requirements
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC / 'N' Levels & above.
Fluent command of both written & spoken languages
Possesses basic to intermediate level for Microsoft Word and Excel applications and email writing
Meticulous and detailed person
Hands-on and able to multi-task and handle varied tasks
Able to work independently
Additional Information:
5.5 day work week.
Mon to Fri: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (On-site)
Sat: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Work from home)
Location of Work: Blk 3028A Ubi Rd 3 #01-84 S408657 (5-10 mins walk from Ubi MRT Station)
