Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and responsible individuals to join our team as Event Station Masters. The primary role is to manage and operate designated game stations during events, ensuring attendees have an engaging and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and prepare game stations, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready for use.
Explain the rules and mechanics of the games to participants clearly and concisely.
Supervise game activities, ensuring fair play and adherence to the rules.
Engage with participants to create a fun and interactive atmosphere.
Monitor and maintain the game station's cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
Troubleshoot any issues with game equipment or participant concerns promptly.
Provide assistance to attendees and answer any questions about the game.
Report any incidents, equipment malfunctions, or supply shortages to the event coordinator.
Help with the teardown and packing of the game station at the end of the event.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with participants.
Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality.
Ability to manage crowds and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Prior experience in events or customer service is a plus.
Flexibility to work 8AM - 6PM
Ability to stand for long periods and carry light equipment if needed.
Working Hours: 7:45am - 6:30pm
Attire: Uniform Given (need shirt size), Kaki color berms /shorts and shoes.
