Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and non-teaching staff. Apply for work passes (EP/SP/WP) for foreign talents when necessary.
  • Training & Development: Plan and organize internal and external training sessions to support the continuous development of employees.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, including processing relevant documentation.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, birthday celebrations, and company outings etc.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll for part-time teachers, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the Education sector.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Attendance bonus

Experience:

  • Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
