Job Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and non-teaching staff. Apply for work passes (EP/SP/WP) for foreign talents when necessary.
- Training & Development: Plan and organize internal and external training sessions to support the continuous development of employees.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, including processing relevant documentation.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, birthday celebrations, and company outings etc.
- Payroll Administration: Process payroll for part-time teachers, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Requirements:
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the Education sector.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Attendance bonus
