What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our business and creating new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Preparing and presenting business proposals, reports, and strategies to key decision-makers.
- Tracking market trends and identifying innovative ways to stay ahead of the competition.
- Leading negotiations and closing deals with clients and partners.
About You
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual with the following qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
