  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working hours

  • 5 days / week shifts

  • 2 rest day: every Tue fixed and another alternative weekday according to weekly cafe rostering.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & manage the team to ensure smooth operations

  • Prepare & serve a variety of coffee & drinks w/ focus on Vietnamese coffee & drinks

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming & friendly atmosphere

  • Educate customers about Vietnamese coffee culture and brewing methods

  • Maintain cleanliness & organization of the coffee bar & equipment

  • Perform inventory monitoring & restocking supplies

  • Handle customer orders & payments efficiently

  • Educate customer about coffee and brewing methods, with focus on Viet coffee, its origins & cultures

  • Any other tasks as assigned by cafe manager

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista

  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques & equipment

  • Passion for coffee & a desire to learn & grow in the industry

  • Leadership, responsible, observant, & meticulous

  • Excellent communication & customer service skills

  • Ability to work weekends & public holidays

  • Long term commitment
