Working hours
5 days / week shifts
2 rest day: every Tue fixed and another alternative weekday according to weekly cafe rostering.
Responsibilities:
Lead & manage the team to ensure smooth operations
Prepare & serve a variety of coffee & drinks w/ focus on Vietnamese coffee & drinks
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming & friendly atmosphere
Educate customers about Vietnamese coffee culture and brewing methods
Maintain cleanliness & organization of the coffee bar & equipment
Perform inventory monitoring & restocking supplies
Handle customer orders & payments efficiently
Educate customer about coffee and brewing methods, with focus on Viet coffee, its origins & cultures
Any other tasks as assigned by cafe manager
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques & equipment
Passion for coffee & a desire to learn & grow in the industry
Leadership, responsible, observant, & meticulous
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Ability to work weekends & public holidays
Long term commitment
