We are looking for a rockstar team for The Ice Bath Club current (River Valley) and 2nd location (Tanjong Katong)! If you have what it takes to have a champion mindset and grow with the company then you are the right fit for us.
Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day operations of the cafe
Provide high level customer service to all members and users of the club
Ensure a clean environment, assisting in top-ups of ingredients as required
Build a welcoming and upbeat mood for the members of the club
Preparation of Food and beverages, maintaining the equipment and food quality
Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both customers and colleagues
Prepare the café for opening, calibrating the coffee machine and ensure coffee quality
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance member satisfaction
Dishwashing and collect plates from the tables as required
Follow Standard Operating Procedures for efficient and effective operations
