JOB DESCRIPTION
People Leader Role: No
• Responsible for developing, reporting and forecasting key financial metrics for the Singapore business (APE, NBV, NB CSM and Core Earnings)
• Delivery of annual Business Plan through in-depth analysis of past company financials, to ensure key targets are set based on realistic business fundamentals
• Prepare management reports and insightful actuarial results to support CFO in delivering business value
• Support IFRS17 related financial metrices analysis and communication of results to stakeholders
• Work and build connection with internal stakeholders, for example, Pricing, Distribution to understand sales drivers, upcoming campaigns and product launches and how it impacts financial metrics
• Support expense study and expense gap analysis, assist in preparation of expense study report
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of working experience
• Good understanding of profit metrics: NBV, or IFRS 17 Earnings
• Prior experience in valuation, reporting and/or business planning
• Good progress on internationally recognized Actuarial examination
