Assist in the execution phase of grant and industry projects, including monitoring project milestones, risks, costs, and schedules.
Collaborate with various functions within the organization to resolve roadblocks and ensure the programme and projects deliver key outcomes within the allocated time and budget.
Update and maintain the internal research project database, and external engagement tracking.
Support the Quantum Programme Office (QPO) in managing and ensuring proper and updated records of project variations, grant proposals, publications, patents, and technology disclosures.
Administer overseas travel arrangements, including checking travel plans, budgets, and ensuring proper documentation and approval in compliance with existing policies.
Assist the team in organizing technology road-mapping and scientific workshops/symposiums.
Assist the QPO team in day-to-day operations and administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerBI preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and systems thinking abilities.
Resourceful and independent.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with quantum technologies and their applications is advantageous.
1-2 years of experience working in the public R&D sector preferred
