We are looking for a creative and driven individual to join our expanding team as a Junior Marketing Executive. This role is integral to amplifying our brands' presence, driving customer engagement and ensuring seamless execution of marketing and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram).
  • Create high-quality and engaging content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts.
  • Must be proficient in TikTok/willing to build your TikTok expertise, be comfortable on camera, and skilled in using design tools (Canvas or Adobe Suite) for content creation.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise engagement and performance.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimisation.

Event Planning and Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute pop-up sale events.
  • Assist with logistics, vendor management, and on-site event coordination.
  • Organise and coordinate manpower resource allocation for pre, during and post-event responsibilities.
  • Develop marketing collateral and communication materials for events.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall event experience.

KOL and Brand Collaborations

  • Identify, outreach, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
  • Plan and execute collaborations to boost brand awareness, engagement and recall.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage partnerships, and co-branded campaigns.

Online Marketplaces Backend Support

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images on marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok).
  • Set up promotional campaigns, discounts, and vouchers for these platforms.

Working Hours:

  • Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Dip in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar field will be a plus point

Requirements:

  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing external relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
