- Support Planned Preventive Maintenance to Predictive and Proactive Maintenance Modes
- Ensuring work compliances to standards, in accordance with engineering practices
- Understanding Built Plans (M&E), Technical Literature and Equipment Manuals
- Ensuring spare parts availability per scheduled and projected jobs requested
- Equipment trouble-shooting, root cause analysis, review and propose solutions
- Reports to supervisor for any work issues and non-compliances
- Support Project - Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Integrated System Test (IST), Testing and Commissioning (T&C), User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist in training service engineer on proper work processes, operating procedures, equipment servicing, etc
- Provide support for any emergency situation and after office hours
- Support Supervisor on the day to day deployment and attendance administration using Microsoft Dynamic 365 mobile app.
- Perform the service report using Microsoft Dynamic 365 mobile app.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,400.00 per month
