The Service Crew is responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverage to guest; providing a high level of hospitality to make sure all the patrons are satisfied with their dining experience; providing assistance to the Management with operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Greeting guests and provide excellent customer service with taking drink and food orders
· Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
· Team player in a fast-paced environment and able to work in harmony
· Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times
· Self-driven and possess good learning attitude
· Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
· Able to work shifts, weekend and publice holidays
· Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
· Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and look presentable for guests
· Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
· Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping table and removing debris and more
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
