SIT has embarked on the development and implementation of a new digital platform for learner management operation which is integrated with the customer relationship management to provide a seamless learning and student-life journey for our learners. The platform built on Salesforce Education Cloud, known as SIT-Connects, is progressively developed to integrate PET, and other CET learner management operations. This role is pivotal in optimising SIT Salesforce platform to its full potential and making significant impact by enhancing the digital capabilities of SIT. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in application development.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for documenting user stories, processes, analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud.

  • Analyse business requirements, document the user stories and design Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with Salesforce best practices. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions. Ensure adherence to IT governance policies, security standards, and data protection regulations.
  • Utilize use stories tools, business process design, and requirements analysis skills to enhance SITConnects built on Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 8-10 years of working experience in business analysis, system analysis and project management. Knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud is an added advantage.
  • Proactive, quality-conscious, self-starter with an analytical and methodological mind.
  • Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Good verbal and written communications, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong team player who is proactive, quality-conscious, and results-oriented.
