The Lead Customer Service Officer/Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that every client enjoys a seamless and delightful experience from the moment they enter our salon. This position is responsible for overseeing the customer service team, managing client interactions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the salon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and inspire the customer service team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, address challenges, and share best practices.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure team members are well-equipped to meet client needs.
  • Client Interactions:
  • Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome throughout their visit.
  • Handle inquiries, appointments, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, aiming for high levels of satisfaction.
  • Appointment Management:
  • Coordinate and manage salon appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and confirm appointments, communicating any changes or delays to clients.
  • Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with clients about salon services, promotions, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with salon staff to relay important information and updates to the team.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Uphold the salon's standards of service excellence and ensure that all team members adhere to established procedures.
  • Gather client feedback and use it to implement improvements in service delivery.
  • Upselling and Product Knowledge:
  • Educate clients on salon services, products, and promotions to enhance their experience.
  • Encourage and support the team in upselling salon products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with salon services and products.
  • Leadership and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
